OK for temporary reliefThese nipple pads are good for a temporary cooling sensation to relieve nipple pain during those tough early weeks of breastfeeding. These are not to be slept in as it cannot absorb leaks and will back up your supply. I would purchase if your curious but would not recommend as they are not necessary to your breastfeeding journey.

Wasted moneyI was very unimpressed with this purchase. They do not stick to your skin. Every time I would check it, it was scrunched up, not covering nipple. When I took it off to pump it did not feel sticky at all and when trying to rewear it, after only a few hours, it just fell right off. Not sure how they are supposed to last five days when mine didn’t even last five hours. Stick to the other brands.

More affordable relief option for breastfeeding!I got similar gel pads while in the hospital but they were $16 for one pair and cheaper options were only for single use. These work just as well and are much more affordable! They do not absorb any milk (not their purpose) so not great if you’re leaking a lot but they do an awesome job at providing hydration and immediate soothing. SoothingSoothing and comfortable to wear. I was hoping it would have a cooling effect for longer. Either way, it was nice to have something covering me and prevented my clothes from rubbing when I was feeling very sensitive.

Smells weird, child not breastfeedingThe biggest issue I had with these is they made my breast smell weird and my child actually refused to breastfeed. If you’re only pumping, then maybe it isn’t a big deal. They also don’t stick to your breast. They would fall off as soon as the bra came off, or if I was wearing a loose bra at night. The only pro was they did infact protect my nipple, when they stayed where they were supposed to be.

LifesaverThese pads provide so much relief in between pumping. I was trying to find something can be used hot or cold, and these do the job. They’re small and fit comfortably in my bra along with a Breast pad.

Does not stay coldWas hoping this product would help with breastfeeding relief after reading the reviews but unfortunately the product disappointed. The minute it makes contact with the skin, the minute it loses its cooling effects. Very disappointed in this purchase.
