How did Pela start?
Environmental consultant Jeremy Lang is the creator of Flaxstic, the revolutionary material behind Pela cases.
During a trip to Hawaii, Jeremy was shocked to find so much plastic pollution washed up on the shores of this beautiful island.
He decided to fight plastic waste in a meaningful way and created a sustainable alternative: Flaxstic, so called because it is made from flax straw.
Pela Case is the first product made from Flaxstic.

Fits too loose.So, I love the color and texture of this phone case. But it doesn’t fit snugly to the phone. Its like wearing elastic waist pants that are a size too big.

Not a snug close fitI am very disappointed with the design. It’s not a snug fit at all. It’s very loose and comes off the phone. It’s not providing any support as they have advertised it. If you take the phone out of your pocket or purse the case separates from the edges easily and you have to press the sides wile holding the phone in your hand to make sure the case won’t come off.
