Received open packageGood keyboard daily use at work. First one lasted five years. Internal battery typically no longer holds charge beyond five years.Package received was open – the internal seal had been opened and the keyboard unwrapped at some point. Not used but odd.

plastic protective film scratched so bad i thought it was damaged…However. After examining carefully, their protective film has no longer edge, so it is not visible. For some reason, I checked again, and was able to peel it off. Cancelled a disappointed return. I have an older version of this keyboard, it is now 5yrs old, and I absolutely love it. light touch, quiet, not mechanical. I work on two computers all day, this was the second unit to unload a $250 mechanical G Lightspeed rig. great gamer keyboard, very expensive, reliable, but tiring and noisy. save it for a back up for another day..

Beaten Up Product The kickstand was broken and useless. Attempted to put back on several times but it will not stay. The keyboard appears to have separated and is not properly inset. Front of keyboard is pretty scratched up and abused. A nice was to say it would be; “this thing has seen better days”
