Organic Quinoa
Add 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water or broth. Bring to a boil and simmer 15-18 minutes until all liquid has absorbed to desire texture. Let sit, absorb and cool for about 3-4 minutes..enjoy!

Excellent Product!I bought the quinoa in advance of a six week western road trip in our Airstream. I wanted a quick, healthy, and versatile meal base. I tried it at home prior to leaving and was very happy with the results. The ten pound quinoa comes in environmentally friendly non-plastic packaging. It came with clear cooking directions.
