One of my FAVORITE purchases!I am petrified of needles- but when I saw these prickly flowers I thought, “Hey! Maybe I can finally give acupuncture a try!”My feet and neck have been killing me because I have to stand for work all day bent over counting pills at the local pharmacy. **This Just Might Actually Save My My Life Dealing w/ Chronic PainI have tried everything to help me live my life dealing with severe chronic pain. I just received this and tried it and I am amazed at how much this helps! I’ve had friends go to acupuncturists, but they have to keep going. I am immobile most of the time with horrendous pain and that’s not an option for me. I was very skeptical, but when you hurt enough, you’ll try almost anything for the least bit of relief. This is amazing! I used it for severe arthritis throughout my back, sciatica, neck and nerve issues and it felt SO GOOD. Will definitely keep using and see how it goes long term, but for right now, it was the best purchase I have made in a long time. Thank you!

No instructionsI think the mat is well made and will be beneficial. I would have appreciated some instructions and read on other reviews that there ARE instructions, maybe accessible online however my set did not include that. I am left to guess how to best benefit as a new user, nor was there any indications as to how to access instructions on line. Surely there are some words of wisdom or guidance the company would like us to know!

Good qualityVery nice quality for the price! The bag it comes in is fantastic for storage. It is a bit of a snug fit trying to get both mat and pillow to fit in the bag though. The mat is well made, and it works as expected. I love the pillow too. I could almost stand to have the spikes sharper though. Not very painful, and good relaxation from use. Would recommend as a good first acupressure mat.

Excellent quality & family owned!I was shopping for hours on Amazon trying to figure out which acupressure mat I should buy. When I came across this one right away I loved it because of the turquoise color, my favorite! But also it was the only one that came with a good quality, matching carrying bag (competitors have a plain black plastic drawstring bag👎🏼).I could tell right away that it’s made very well, such an excellent product! I’m so happy with my purchase, and to top it off I found out this company was family owned, which made me even more happy! I rarely write reviews but I know how many acupressure sets are out there so I hope this helps you decide. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Takes some getting used to but worth it.I definitely will say I’m glad I purchased it. I started with 5 minutes and now I’m up to 20 after about a 6 uses. I find it helpful to bend my knees rather than to lie flat. It’s vital to focus on your breath and put on some relaxing sounds and dim the lights and let yourself relax! It hurts a bit when you sit up off of them but ultimately does offer relief.

I can’t believe I waited so long to try it!Purchased this product and was skeptical of whether it would help me. I am a plus size woman with Fibromyalgia and several other chronic pain conditions. Physical therapist said I needed to find a way to relax my muscles and stimulate my nerves daily for healing.This product has done the trick. I started out slowly using for only a couple of minutes each time and now my body has enjoyed it and figured out how to relax I fell asleep for 30 minutes while using it!It has a nice carrying bag so I can take it with me when I travel!Highly recommmend trying this.

Exactly What I Was Looking ForI compared this product against several similar products but decided on this because of the company’s story. I will do all that I can to support a small business and their webpage seemed relatable. I was worried the product wouldn’t be the biggest ROI. However, the actual mat is bigger than I expected and covers my whole spine when I lay on it. The points are sturdy and the flower design is delicate. The blue color is beautiful so I highly recommend it. The travel bag is a lovely addition to the set.

Great pain relief!I try to use the mat and pillow daily for about 20 minutes on my back and 20 minutes on my stomach. It has helped my be able to move my neck better to the left which has been causing me lots of pain and I wasn’t able to move it very far without it hurting. The larger mat also is helping my back and digestion system. I’m really glad I bought it and will continue to use it. I have a lot of back and neck issues after breaking my neck when I was younger and my back was injured in a car accident. I have a sciatic problem so hopefully it will continue to help that also.

Amazing!Wow. This is thing is amazing!! I went with this one instead of the cheaper version and I’m glad I did it’s great quality and deserves the price it has. The bag is also awesome. I used it for the first time laying in the bed and the pressure was minimal no pain. But almost instantly I could feel the blood rising and the heat that came with it. I stayed on for maybe a minute just cuz I really wanted to test it but was busy and immediately I could see the blood flow and it felt amazing can’t wait to work up to longer session!
