Definitely helped my sleepI bought this for detox purposes but noticed how well I slept . Definitely a more restful sleep and I didn’t wake up at 3am like I usually do and then can’t get back to sleep . By day 5 i started having vivid dreams in color which hasn’t happened in a very long time . I’ve used them for 15 days . When the pack finished my sleep was not as good . So im buying again just for that . As for the detox part – they were black and green from day 1 and still the same day 15. But I did notice I was more regular going to the bathroom during the 15 days . Acupuncture worked for me for other issues so I believe the premise works .

Overall good qualityI used pads a long time ago, I never thought they worked, but I decided to try these, just to see and it’s my first night using them, they are simply great. I feel like I slept like a baby, I usually wake up at least 2 times in the middle of the night, I woke up feeling great and rested. I just hope it will stay this way, it’s only my first time. If it does I will totally buy again for every month. But let’s see. I’ll try to give an update after 5 days.

It certainly worksThe first two times showed the most results and did kick my body into high gear. The adhesion was a bit too sticky at times so be mindful of what you rub against. Otherwise, it was an easy experience and helps on the road to a healthy lifestyle.

More energy is the best, Clear mind, less anxiety, no side effects.I was very skeptical but after using for a couple of days I was surprised to have energy, able to focus, less swelling, less anxiety. I do still have pain from back and knees but I am hopeful the pain will reside with longer usage.

The patch turned black but why?The product came quickly. It’s easy to use and stayed in place for 6-7 hrs. Both patches turned black in the morning every morning. There is no lightening there. It’s moist with black slightly sticky stuff on your feet in the morning but easily washed off. What I don’t understand is why? Was the sweat from your feet in contact with the substance in the patch that turned the patch black or was it truly something toxic being pulled out from your body via your feet? Can the seller provide an explanation with some scientific evidence? Do I feel any difference after using them for five days? Not really. But it is not known how long you need to use these to see any physical impact that is not an placebo effect. That is my trial experience. Is there any harm done!? No. No allergic reaction either. I also found a dozen of similar patches on sale on the market. They all have one ingredient in common, the bamboo vinegar. It seems it is worth to look into what it does. Thank you.

NutzlosAuh nach 3 Wochen sind die Pads noch genauso schwarz wie nach der ersten Nacht.Wenn man die Pads unter Wasser hält werden sie auch schwarz – die Pads reagieren mit Feuchtigkeit.Gefühlt hat sich nichts verändert – fühle mich weder besser noch schlechter.

Waste of moneyDid not work for me.Used for full five days and didn’t notice any difference in my sleep pattern or well being.In my honest opinion a waste of money. The black on the pad after use I would assume is the spent out product within the pad and not what has come from the body.I will not be purchasing anymore, probably get the same results using a sticking plaster.Complete waste of money
