so amazing !!I am 66 years old and just started meditating about a year now.. When I first started, I had a hard time sitting on the blankets set up for the meditation style. I tried a number of ways to sit.. on a cushion, in a chair, even in a recliner. Nothing worked for me as I would get about 15 minutes into the meditation and my left foot would go to sleep .. then my right foot. I tried not to get distraction but I would end up losing my concentration and having to straighten out my legs.This tatami seat takes all that away !!! I am so comfortable and can sit still the whole time .. I love this seat !! I can now really concentrate on learning my meditation !! Thank you so much !!!!
