Did not receive the assorted incense selection that I had ordered.The brass incense burner is beautiful and very functional, but I was disappointed that I did not receive the assorted incense selection that I had ordered. I went to the manufacturers website, but there isn’t a way to contact them regarding this. I will not be ordering from this company again.

12 cents for 15 minutesHave used 4. Burn time about 15 minutes, no longer, not 25. Burned in an open incense burner, not one with a cover so plenty of air supplied to the cone. Aroma not as intense as some other sandalwood incense products. This one is very “subtle.” I just like a stronger aroma.

Burn too fast and not natural smellthe cone incense burn very fast, between 3-4mins and the smell too strong. Not recommended for house/apartment is small size.
