Very happyI was looking for an 18-24 oz glass to use for iced coffee at home and on the go…this does the job nicely. I only use the lid for transport, as I enjoy drinking from the glass rim, but the lid seals well. I wouldn’t put it in a backpack, but it’s great for monitored transport. The glass feels substantial but does sweat a bit—but that is to be expected for a single-wall glass, and is not a problem for me.

WORTH THE MONEYI never ever leave reviews. I bought this cup twice. First for me and then i got one for my sister. Im a broke college student. I was VERY hesitant on paying this much for 2 of these. LISTEN TO ME, these cups are worth the money. Theyre incredible, never leak, and easy to clean. The world is riddled with BPA products that affect our hormonal health and its poisoning people. Its very much worth to invest in a glass cup that will last you a long time. The rubber on the handle and bottom make it so that it will last longer and provides grip for the glass. I lost the bottom rubber and because of this my cup got a hole on the bottom from being harsh with it while washing dishes. I bought it june 2021 and because of another review on here, id figure to see if theyd replace it, since it was an investment for me. They responded promptly saying they would. Absolutely amazing product and customer service. I recommend it and will be a product i go back to repurchase again and again. Ill also mention that the bag it somes with is so versatile and i take it every time i go on a walk. Theres no other product on the market like this one in terms of quality, and service. Stop buying cheap amazon crap and get yourself this you wont regret it.

9 out of 10 cup 😊👍I absolutely love this cup, have been looking for a glass reusable cup that I have the ability to drink boba from. I love almost everything about this cup except for the metal straw, since the world mostly moved to reusable straws I have only ever used glass straws (I don’t like to chew on straws so the appeal of metal straws with silicone tops never intrigued me) I have never used a metal straw until buying this cup. The metal straw taste so much like metal I could not taste anything else, also the top feel sharp even though I know it wouldn’t hurt me it feels like it could cut my lip is I move wrong lol. I have only been using my glass straws with it and it honestly looks better and feels better. Overall a 9 out of 10 cup!

Best customer support ever!I bought the cup back in April, and it became the cup of my life. Used it every single day, no exaggeration. It’s the best cup I’ve ever had. But let me tell you about the customer support. I recently broke the cup a day ago after having it for months. I contacted to see if they had warranty for the cup. I expressed how I was bummed out that my cup shattered. No kidding, they replied in just 5 minutes. They apologized for the inconvenience, and asked for my address so they could send another one over for me. In just one freaking day, actually scratch that, after just one single night of sleep. I received the replacement to my cup. I received it so swiftly, that when I saw a packaged box in my name, I was in utter disbelief and confusion. “Maybe I traveled through time? Perhaps there’s a glitch in the matrix?” I thus began questioning reality. Put it like this, I broke it at night, went to sleep, and in the morning it was just there on my front porch? How? I have never experienced a customer support that ever came close to this company. Mind blown, and expectations beyond exceeded. 11/10.

GorgeousThe cup is so cute! It is spill proof which is amazing. I take it to class, pull out my straw and drink it during class. I plan to put fruit in it to make fruit water. Easy to clean. Normally tops like this are difficult to clean but not this one. Love the little bag it comes with super cute. Overall this cup is really pretty. I got the yellow. So far hasn’t gotten dirty.

Almost perfectI haven’t been able to use it for boba since everywhere I buy them from they don’t let me use my own cup x( BUT I have used it for coffee unfortunately it doesn’t do a great job of keeping it warm. I use it with my coffee dripper and by the time the coffee has finished brewing it’s pretty cold. That would be my only complaint and I’d recommend to anyone who wants this for room temperature or cool drinks because I doubt it would keep drinks ice cold also but I have yet to try

Be careful with the grip at the bottom, it’s sturdy at keeping the cup firm on the surface it’s on!I love the colors the cup comes in. The glass is thick but could be a bit stronger because some people may wash to hard or are clumsy 😅 but other then that it’s a really nice cup.

Awesome everything! Love this whole system!When all holes in the top are closed, yes it’s leak proof, but be careful to open up both stoppers when putting a straw in or sipping it! I made the mistake of keeping the stopper over the sipping hole closed when I pushed in the wide straw for boba and ended up squirting some tea out the straw because of the pressure! XDAnyway, I love this whole boba tea system, the carrying bag is great and the glass fits completely inside when you cinch the drawstring. I love that it comes with two diff size straws each with their own cleaning brush of appropriate diameter, and a carrying bag that fits in the outer pocket of the main pouch. The tea stays nice and hot for a while and the silicone sleeve is perfect! Everything is super easy to clean, I will never use a plastic cup or straw for boba tea again! A+
