Good size and sturdy matI loved the size of it , I got it as a present for my dad and it was the first time a yoga mat was actually long enough. Also we have a cat that usually scratches our yoga mats and he hasn’t been able to put much of a dent on this one.

Good qualityI just got mine in the mail so I can’t speak in terms of long term durability but the mat seems like good quality and mine came with a strap which I know some reviews said theirs didn’t so I was worried to order for that reason but I’m glad I did. The mat doesn’t slide at all on my wood floor and I like that the mat is textured I feel like I have better grip compared to other mats I have tried at a similar price point. My only complaint is I wish it was a little thicker but I love everything else about it.

Amazing matThis mat is fantastic! It came with a strap holder, and it’s not too thin. Im 5’8 as a woman, so it was hard to find a long enough mat for my limbs! it’s not too narrow either, before getting this, I was using foam pieces that fit together in my basement that our cat tore up, so this is a step up. If you’re looking for a mat that’s good quality and under $30 this is a very good choice, I do have to warn though that it is eco-friendly and such and will crack and decompose over time! I’m not sure how long this mat will last, but if you’re looking for one that will last for years you may want to keep looking!

Hands slip in downward dog– The material is very soft and comfortable.- it’s definitely doesn’t move when doing standing poses.- However, in downward dog or any position that requires to have the hands on the mat – there is absolutely NO grip. As another client commented, I don’t get sweaty very easily (small pores), but it doesn’t matter – I start slipping right away with this mat. I really wanted to keep it, as a friend told me there is no way to really recycle yoga mats, but with a heavy heart I had to return as it was not usable.
