Brush Heads for All SituationsOur wooden dish brush comes with three brush heads equipped with both soft and tough bristles. This means they are more than a match for any kitchen or dish cleaning scenario. |
Completely NaturalOur materials are all completely natural. The bristles are made out of fibres from the sisal plant (Agave Sisalana, native of Mexico), and Palmyra (palm leaves). The handles are made from beech wood, grown in Germany. This means the entire thing will return to the earth entirely. Even the small stainless steel fittings will eventually corrode to nothing. |

Natural SpongeLoofah Eco Sponge Tough they may appear course, rough and thin at first, the loofah sponge expands when soaked in water, becoming softer and more supple. Each loofah sponge should last between 4 and 6 weeks. Ensure each Loofah is completely dry between uses – this will extend the lifespan of your natural sponge. |
Caring for your natural dish brush…
Our brush heads can even be used independently from the handle to get at those hard-to-reach places!
Each brush head should last 4 to 8 weeks depending on use.
Allow brush heads to dry completely between uses. For best results hang up to dry in a well ventilated place.
Avoid using undue force and allow tough stains to adequately soak to extend your brush heads life.
Brush up on your knowledge
The bristles on our natural friendly dish brush come out of fibres from the sisal plant (Agave Sisalana). The sisal plant is native to southern Mexico, but is now grown all over the world.
Its fibre was first cultivated by the Aztecs and Mayans to create crude fabrics and papers. Its many applications now include rope, twine, buffing cloth, carpets and even dartboards, (along with brush bristles of course).
The loofah plant (sometimes spelt luffa) is a vine and member of the cucumber family.
The fruit of the loofah plant looks similar to conventional cucumbers and is edible if harvested early. Loofah fruit is widely consumed throughout Asia.
Our sisal plant bristles come from Mexico where the sisal plant actually originates.
Our beech wood is sourced in Germany, one of the most densely forested countries in the world.
Our loofahs are grown responsibly in Shandong Province, China, where they are also farmed for food.

We love thisIt’s pretty, sustainable, and works just as well as any scrubby. We leave ours out on the counter because it looks so nice. It lives with our solid soap dish which is a must have addition to this product.

To buy or not to buy, that is the question?!I’m trying to go the eco-friendly route this year for 2023. Personally, I feel like this brush is awkward to use. It does come with other brushes that you can change out, but it is kinda hard to remove them to change them out. I ordered this thinking that I could throw away my old sponges and be able to really get the grime off of dishes and being more eco friendly, since it does say that it is compostable.. Honestly, in my opinion I don’t feel like it’s really that effective unless you take it off the handle and really put your elbow into it. But that’s not why I bought it. I wanted to use it, in its whole form. Now it could just be me. So I don’t want to turn you away from this product, if this is what you’re looking for. But I don’t think I would purchase this again. It’s good if you want to get into glasses or jars and clean them, or those hard to get areas like tops to lids… But other dishes are no bueno. But then again, this is my opinion and I don’t want anyone to shy away from this if this is what you’re looking for.

Great for Sustainability of the Environment, but Not For My WristsThis is great, however, it would be even better if the handle was angled like a lot of other dish brushes. I either have to deal with banging my hand/the brush against whatever I am cleaning, or having to angle, hold, and tilt my dishes. I have poor wrists, so it is not the best if you have mobility issues, but will be cheaper in the end to buy replacement bristles than replace the whole brush. Otherwise, this is a great product!

Great….but why the plastic wrapping Amazon??I really like this product. No need for the extra heads though as try as I will I can’t get the first head off. They might work as palm held scrubbers …so might be good for that. All seems quite sturdy. Grossly disappointed that I bought to reduce my plastic use but the pack comes in a plastic bubble wrap envelope! Come on Amazon fulfillment get a grip! It would be good if suppliers let Amazon know that customers don’t want their products wrapped in plastic….. shouldn’t take too much to organise.Update…..after a bit of use, the heads are really easy to interchange. Result.

Looks amazing but sadly that is all.Well what can I say?. This little brush looks the part One hundred percent. It arrived in a great looking box with no plastic wrapping at all.I read the instructions on how to remove the head (you get 3 diffrent types). So figured it would be easy so gave it a go. Sadly it was not so gave up after about five minutes. I presume there is a nack to it that I am yet to master.I have had this lovely brush for about a month now & it does the job rather well. I am still not able to remove the head & a few of the bristles are starting to come out of the one I am using. Also the pc of metal that holds the head is quite thin so when I need to give things a good scrub I hold by the head becouse I don’t want the mettle to bend.So in full it looks amazing & comes with no plastic. BUT I’m not one hundred percent sure it will last as long as I hoped. If you look after it & handle with a degree of care I’m hoping it will.THIS IS AN UPDATE .A couple of weeks after writing this review the head has started to crack. To be fair you can get these brushes in sooooo many places now for a fraction of the price. I only realised this after buying this item.So I am dropping this from 4 stars to 2 & would recommend shopping around . You can find much better else where .
